1. How to connect the condensate pipe of Refrigeration dryer?
The refrigeration dryer is designed to periodically and automatically discharge the  condensed water generated during the dehumidification process through the drain device. If the condensed water is not discharged smoothly, various problems may occur in the refrigeration dryer.

1) Problems that occur when condensate is not drained properly
 (1) Dew point rise of air dryer
 (2) Water comes out of the load
 (3) Causes drain failure and overload of refrigeration dryer

2) Proper drain connection
 (1) As shown in the picture below, if there are multiple drain ports, drain piping work is required individually.

In particular, in the case of big capacity dryers, since the amount of condensed water is large, individual drain piping work is essential.
(2) If the drain pipe of the product is not discharged individually and is connected  to the drain pipe integrated with the drain of other equipment, install a check valve on the drain outlet side of the product for the smooth discharge of condensed water.

Back pressure from other drain devices may make it difficult to discharge condensate or cause malfunction or malfunction of the float.

(3) If the size of the drain hose or pipe connected to the product is small and the drain pipe is too long or too high, it may be difficult to discharge the condensate due to back pressure.
