Today, we would like to share the news about the launch of our new Aluminum Air Filters (65A & 80A),
one of the essential compressed air treatment devices used in manufacturing and industrial sites.
The quality of compressed air is an important factor that determines production efficiency and equipment lifespan.
This new product improves the weight and corrosion issues of conventional steel materials,
and its biggest feature is that it is made of lightweight and highly corrosion-resistant aluminum.

However, conventional steel products have the disadvantage of being heavy and easily rusting in humid environments.
The newly introduced Aluminum Air Filters (65A & 80A) solve these problems.
Because aluminum has low density, it reduces weight by more than 30%
while maintaining high strength,
allowing stable operation even in high-pressure environments up to 16 bar.
In addition, anodizing treatment on the surface enhances corrosion resistance,
making it suitable for sites where hygiene is important,
such as food, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries.
Small but Powerful Performance – Innovation in Efficiency and Maintenance
The 65A model handles 1,518 Nm³/h, and the 80A model handles 1,748 Nm³/h of air flow.
Compared to previous models, it is about 20% more compact,
allowing easy installation even in narrow spaces.
Inside, a multi-stage filter system (pre-filter + micron filter) is applied,
showing 99.99% particle removal efficiency and oil mist removal performance below 0.01 mg/m³.
In addition, a differential pressure gauge (optional) can be installed on the filter head
to easily check the level of filter contamination,
and an automatic drain valve is provided as standard,
making condensate removal simple.
The filter element is designed for one-touch replacement,
so it can be replaced easily and quickly.
Replacement is recommended after six months or 3,000 hours of use.

Aluminum material is recyclable,
making it an eco-friendly choice that helps reduce carbon emissions.
Also, thanks to its smooth internal surface,
pressure loss is minimized,
reducing energy consumption by about 15–20%
